As a playing member of Nottingham Casuals RFC you will be expected to:

• Be ready to train, changed and on the training pitch at 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings when available
• Participate fully in training from start to finish both physically and mentally (where injury allows)
• Promptly inform the Captains, Vice Captains, Club Captain or Coaches of your availability for matches or to train
• Visit the club website to view details of selection and actively make contact with the team captain to confirm your understanding and availability
• Be mature about selection decisions
• Turn up on match day by the pre-designated time in a ready state to play. Dress code for league matches for all teams and for 1st XV and 2nd XV cup matches for will be shirt and tie no trainers
• Complete availabilities and pay match tax to the captain prior to kick-off. If the captain has to approach you after the match you will be fined £1 in the pig.
• Complete match day duties, such as staffing the bar and putting out playing equipment, when requested
