Under 8s is any boy or girl in Year 3 and they are welcome to join us every Sunday. We welcome all children, even if they've never played Rugby before.

Nottingham Casuals RFC is a friendly and family orientated club. All children are always welcome, regardless of experience.

Our focus is on enjoyment and core fitness, as well as Rugby skills mixed with some competitive games. We have our own Clubhouse which helps form the strong club spirit and a Cafe every Sunday.

Many of our Minis & Juniors coaches are existing Senior players, a few even came through the Casuals youth system themselves.

We train/play Sunday from 9.30am
