Come join Nottingham Casuals Girls teams. Our under 14s team is for all girls in Year 8 and 9.

ALL are welcome, rugby supports different skills, speeds and sizes.
Priorities are: fun, fitness and friendship.

Training is Sunday from 11.30 am & Thursday from 6pm. (For our location down in Beeston Rylands, click 'Contact' tab at top right of page)

Just bring sports wear, a drink and kicking attitude!
